About MidEastBridge
We're not just another "company registration agent."
We're an on-the-ground network spanning three regions, so your Middle East business runs smoothly from day one.
Founder's Story
In 2015, I was a company secretary at a law firm in Central, Hong Kong, handling hundreds of BVI / Cayman / HK incorporations every day. It looked professional, but I knew in my heart that the industry was sliding into commoditized competition, with prices pushed ever lower.
In 2018, a Taiwanese e-commerce client asked me, "Can I go sell cosmetics in Dubai?" That's when I realized not a single Hong Kong firm at the time truly understood the Middle East. I spent three months flying to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh to build my first network of lawyer and accountant partners.
When that client's project was done, he referred five friends. That's how MidEastBridge began.
Over seven years, we've delivered 47 projects without a single failed company incorporation. My goal is simple: to make "the Middle East" no longer a black box for Asian business owners.
On-the-Ground Teams in Three Regions
Every market has a resident team, not run remotely from a Hong Kong desk.

What We Believe
SMEs don't have 18 months to "explore." We exist to compress those 18 months into 6-8 weeks. Every day lost is a day of market opportunity gone.
Service fees are quoted in full up front, with no phased upcharges. Government fees are itemized in the contract appendix, each with an official receipt. No "this extra will cost $500" sales tactics.
UAE lawyers and Saudi accountants are our resident teams, not outsourced. That means when something unexpected comes up (the bank suddenly demands more documents, or the government suddenly changes the rules), we can respond the same day.
If our T1 assessment finds your business isn't a fit for the Middle East, we'll say so directly and won't keep upselling you T2/T3. Of the 47 projects we've delivered, there were 11 we advised against.
